Some Thoughts on Teaching with Clickers (Four-Minute Video)

A few months ago, I was contacted by Rachel Wheeler, an MEd candidate in secondary education here at Vanderbilt. As part of a new media practicum she was taking, she and her partner were putting together a multimedia website called Inside Voice that would highlight Vanderbilt authors. She asked me if I would be willing to be one of the two authors profiled on the site, and I was glad to participate.

Inside Voice is now up and running, featuring interviews with me and with Malcom Getz, associate professor of economics and author of Investing in College: A Guide for the Perplexed. Below you’ll find the interview with me (a four-minute video), and on the Inside Voice site you can find an audio clip of me reading from my book.

Rachel and I both learned about video production for this project, Rachel much more than me!
