Teaching with Visual Engagement Techniques (#vizlearning12)

Derek Bruff September 29, 2012 Visual Thinking

I’m leading a workshop this morning on visual engagement techniques at Carleton College’s Visual Learning Conference. Here’s the Prezi I’m using. You can move through the Prezi by clicking the forward button, or use your mouse to go “off path” and pan and zoom at will.

I have to admit that I’m a little intimidated to be leading a session this morning after Scott McCloud’s incredible keynote last night. His talk was one of the best I’ve ever attended, in terms of both content and presentation. If you have the chance to see McCloud in person, don’t pass it up. Here are a few highlights from my sketchnotes.
